Notes:

A member of the City of Carrollton Planning  & Zoning Department will come to class and speak about considerations in urban development from the City's point of view.  He has been working with Google Sketchup for over six years and has built a planning model of downtown Carrollton - including the light rail station - complete with fly-through.  He'll be here 5 December.

I have also contacted commercial and residential development firms and asked them if they would send someone out to talk with us about this process from the developer's point of view.  I'm still waiting for a reply.
